Many people ask questions about the future of investment in Dubai. Although the real estate industry has reached a bubble in Dubai, but there are few facts we need to consider about Dubai:

With the fall of the funny money that has been going around the stock market in Dubai, investors can see that there truly is one investment that is almost risk-free, whether in Dubai or elsewhere in the world. That is real estate.

So, if you have money stashed in, why keep it in the bank for a very small interest? Put it in real estate. It is the surest investment that you will have. It is better to pay the bank for financing your own home than to pay the rent. We will welcome you to help you find the best deals there are in the market. Stop paying someone else rent money. Pay yourself the rent money and after the completion of your finances, you will fully own the property. It is only logical to do it that way. If you are an investor, consider buying apartments that do not cost over Dhs. 800 / sq.ft. It will give you a higher return on investment in the future. However, if you plan to buy an apartment to LIVE in it, then there should be no cap for your dream home. Usually a dream home is a once in a lifetime experience. As long as you are in Dubai, experience the magic.
